The “Climatic variation and Impact on the environment” specialization aims to produce specialized scientific personnel/staff, highly qualified on Geosciences topics directly connected to climatic changes, to forecasting of future climatic conditions and to human impact.
Following the completion of this specialization, students will be capable of:
a) Estimating the complexity and the function of earth’s climatic systems and comprehending the basic principles behind climatic changes,
b) Understanding the effects of human activities on the climate,
c) Developing research and knowledge in the Geosciences,
d) Seeking solutions to problems emerging from climatic change.
